Thanks for the answer. I have been trying to login to my apple id and even created a new so I can do the survery
and it wont let me login, even after I created a new id and know the un and pw are correct. 

Still wont let me login.

Very odd.

I will try again tomorrow, but it is def a priority of mine to take that survey for you and give you perfect marks.

I appreciate the feedback and effort.  The consultants review page has not been without its problems.  Maybe try again in a day or so and if it's still giving you trouble, don't sweat it.  You can also test your apple ID and PW in the iTunes store within iTunes.
